Employee Spotlight: A Guest Services Superstar!

Meet Elizabeth Castyllo, from our outstanding Housekeeping team. She has recently won an award for her exception customer service, making sure our guests have everything they need from check-in to check-out!

Elizabeth Castyllo was born in Morelos City in Mexico, She is a lovely mother of four children; one boy, and three girls. She is excited that her oldest daughter will be finishing college to become a teacher.

Elizabeth enjoys gathering on weekends with the whole family, cooking delicious Mexican foods.

She has been working with Grande Shores as a housekeeper since 2008. This year will be her 16th anniversary. Elizabeth is a hard worker and one of our best housekeepers. She is a great trainer, teaching the new staff good tips to make their job easier.

We are very proud to have her on our Housekeeping Team! Be sure to say hello to Elizabeth when you see her on property!

An Egg-cellent Easter at Grande Shores!
We had one of the BEST Easter celeberations in Grande Shores history this year! The food was fantastic, the Easter Bunny was doing his thing, and children of all ages had an absolute blast! Next year will be even better!
