We were due to check out on July 4th and decided we wanted to stay another night. It was a busy holiday weekend, but the front desk manager, Jenna, went out of her way to ensure we had a room for this additional night. The staff moved our luggage which was a huge help. We felt that all the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and we did. Next time we come to Myrtle Beach we will be staying here! We had a wonderful time at Grande Shores - It was my 1st time to Myrtle Beach, as it was for my 2 children. The pools and the short distance to the beach were great. The view up the coast and of the fireworks on the 4th were exceptional. My husband and I also enjoyed being able to stay right in the room for most of our meals. Mark Hill, Nichols, NY

for the price I found online, I expected this hotel to be a value to my wallet, but while I stayed there, I enjoyed and was surprised at the well-trained staff. They were quick to check me in, but not in a rushing manner. They made sure they explained as much as they could and asked if I had any questions. Then later that evening and one other day, they called the room to see how everything was going and how I liked my stay, which I thought was very courteous. We arrive early our check in time was at 4 but we got there about 11 they had our room ready that was so nice we were tired we had drove 7 hours and i was so glad that it was ready and I thank you for that our stay was great we have stayed there many times before we love it . I was very pleased with my stay. When I started to leave my truck battery was dead and the staff immediately came out and jumped it off. Then on I left a set of keys in the room. All it took was a phone call to the group sales dept and we were completely taken care of for our trip! I had stayed with the property last July while there for a dance comp & came back for a quick wknd to see my nephew(he is in the Navy stationed in Augusta & met us at the hotel!). I contacted Breanne Forsee & she didnt hesitate to satisfy our request for comparable accommodations to our previous trip. We had a wonderful, memorable, wknd and will DEFINITELY be back!!
